Our Passion

Student Venture's purpose is to give every high school and middle school student in the Chattanooga Metro Area the opportunity to know Jesus Christ as their personal savior, to grow in their faith, and to be empowered to reach out to others.

The heartbeat of Student Venture is teenagers. They not only represent the future leaders and parents of our nation and world, but they are a major influence in today’s society.

Seldom will a day go by that teenagers are not the focus of national and worldwide news, both for good and bad. We work with students because they represent the most responsive age group to the gospel.

SV has never been just another ministry, because the crisis among our youth is not just another problem. When a generation is lost, a nation is lost, and this is the most lost generation of teenagers our nation has known.

Did you know that over 80% of those who receive Christ do so by age 18? This small window of opportunity gives us a sense of urgency to reach today's young people now.
